Great service. Good food. We went on a Sunday and we were able to walk in and get seated right away. We had the corn fritters as an appetizer and they were delicious. They came with a dipping sauce an the flavor combination worked. Why husband had a burger and I had the brisket egg hash basket. The food was good but I wish they had cut the brisket across-grain so that it would be easier to eat. Location was great. It is located in a shopping center with lots of great stores. Overall would recommend to give it a try.

Not a great experience this time around. The staff and service was great. Very friendly! The food however was not. I ordered the pork tacos and the soft shells were dried out and hard, my daughters mac n cheese had very little cheese taste if any and my wife's turkey delicious sandwich had turkey that was paper thin and her toasted bread came out cold. I'm guessing they made all the dishes and they waited under a lamp for the Mac and cheese.

We had a good lunch at The Mason Jar Tavern. I had heard good things about their food, and I have to agree it was good, but not great. Each meal was a good size for their prices, the place was lively, and service was good. I think you can sense a theme here already; good but not great. We went to the restaurant for my birthday! Had a nice table visit from the manager Meredith who was checking that every table was doing well. Kudos! Ordered the Sourdough Club (the meat was under seasoned and it all needed more mayo). Husband got the Pimento Chicken Sandwich (super spicy, but not necessarily flavorful). The kids got chicken & waffles, and the mini hot dogs (both seemed decent but the chicken was really dry). My dad ordered the Nashville Hot (he seemed to like it). We also all shared the Flight dessert, which had all four mini desserts; Cookie in a Jar, Creme Brulee, Chess Pie, and S'mores in a Jar. I think the desserts were all good ideas, but we're executed poorly. The cookie and pie were fresh (yum!) but so hot that the ice cream and mousse melted very quickly. There were also 3 hot & chocolate desserts to one cool, and I would love to see the s'mores one become a strawberry cheesecake or maybe raspberry. Something fruity and cool. Overall, The Mason Jar is good. The main meals could use more seasoning, and the desserts could be reworked. But it's a good place to go!

Heard good things about this place and decided to give a try. Coming from Garner, decided on the Holly Springs location thinking it was larger and parking would be easier than the Fuquay location. Parking was easy- waited for a table in a tiny sitting area at the entrance. Food and service was okay. Tried chicken and waffles with a club sandwich. Fries were the best thing.

From the mason jar glasses, the photo decor and the mason jar lamps - it’s a whole vibe and it’s really cute! Our drinks were hand crafted & it’s one of the best mules I have tried. I got the Moonshine Mule, peach flavored. My friend got the bloody & got no shrimp. He offered to put bacon on it for her. Needless to say - she enjoyed hers also! Food was excellent. Turkey melt with edamame succotash & fried green tomato with bacon Brussel sprouts pictured. There was plenty of diff types of protein to choose from and vegan menu options! Stop by and try the Mason Jar Tavern - where your jar is always full! 🍻
