Dr. Hoogar is so kind and gentle. I always feel at ease during my visits. She takes time to make certain you are comfortable and you understand what steps she is performing during your treatment. The team also is welcoming and strives to give each patient a good experience. I highly recommend this dental office.
They weren't happy about me getting emergency dental work with another dentist when they couldn't schedule me earlier and basically refused to continue on in their dental plan with me. Now to make matters worse, they have an unresponsive billing person and apparently only she can do billing. If you call, you'll always get voicemail. Emails go ignored. Worst part is I owe an incredibly small amount, but I can't pay it to save my life!! The bill that comes in the mail asks me to write down my credit card information and mail it back. In this day and age, who wants to mail their full credit card info anywhere?? Here is all the info you need to use my card as you please, stranger on the other end. Wth! The other option is pay through a portal, but a code is required... guess what? They don't give you the code, which is unfortunate since they seem to have only one billing person who is unresponsive. I hope she doesn't quit.. not sure if she is working full time at this point anyway.... but then there really won't be anyone to take payments. Seems I'm not the only person that can't get through to billing judging by reviews. You'd think they'd cross train staff by now so anyone can take payment. Are you not in business to make money? I'm literally trying to throw payment at this business. Do not go here!!!!
I am very happy with my new dentist. They are helping me become presentable again. If you are looking for a caring dentist, then give them a call. I highly recommend them. They are honest and affordable.
Moving from charlotte, i was concerned about finding a good doctor ,since we loved our doctor in Charlotte. A friend recommended Smile & Shine.The doctor here is amazing. Explained every step clearly before proceeding. Very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend.
I've been coming to this office for years. I have another dental office 0.1 miles from my home and I still prefer to come here. I have been to many offices from Germany, the Netherlands, All other the Us, She is the best. I love that the Dr. Cleans your teeth herself. She is lovely, personable, and a knowledgeable Doctor. She always remembers you and your family members. I would highly recommend this office.
