This is my first experience with an orthopedic facility. I cannot imagine a better experience. The close proximity of the doctors and the Physical Therapy offices is an excellent concept. They are in the same office. This may not be a new concept, but this is my first experience, and I am thankful for them making my life easier. I have not met any rude or unhappy people here. They seem to enjoy what they do, and they do an excellent job teaching me about my body and how to keep improving. I am not afraid of hard work, and I appreciate it when they push me. Remember, working hard to your individual ability is the only way to restore your strength. The app is a game changer to keep you on track. The exercises specifically for you are listed with how to videos, to reduce injuries from incorrectly executing the exercise at home. The Holly Springs location is an excellent facility. Unfortunately, I am moving out of state, but they are accommodating me to treat an injury to my neck and shoulder. This is a new injury, and I appreciate the juggling of their schedule to give additional PT. I can move easier in the morning upon awakening. My muscles are stronger, and I can rise from my chair hands free. God Bless Everyone on Staff.
Great place to rehab! Staff is very friendly and helpful. My therapist was Adrienne Reich. She was a pleasure to work with. She pushed me to get stronger with a caring touch. Any time I need therapy I will visit this location!
Get knee replacement? Make sure you get really really good PT! From someone who actually knows that they are doing, successfully dealing with a wide variety of cases needing a wide range of help. Know you have to do your "homework" as instructed to get back to regular moving again. And they do periodic checks and testing to see how you are progressing, how/if their pt instructions are helping. And if you are really fortunate you get Stefan to get you through this time. He expects you do your work, that you try. He has open communication so if something is working, or not working, you can let him know. He can see how you are doing but you need to tell him your side. He is easy to work with, expects you to do your part so you just do (because it is how you will move correctly again). Keeps you encouraged. Figures out how to work your stretching to show things are getting better. The variety of equipment on site is enough to help you do better, the support staff when used help keep a detailed eye on us during a session so any "bad" habits/exercises done not as needed to be done are corrected very early. And you do not need to buy matching equipment for your work at home, just do the exercises and stretches given. Exercises, stretching are made very clear so they do you the most good. If you start doing them incorrectly you will know right away because of the PT eyes upon you. Be patient - everyone is different in healing, where they are starting from. Do your work. Listen to your pt. It will be worth it.
Megan was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. This was my second time with her as a therapist and she was right on target with the plan she had for rehabilitation my knee. She gave clear instructions, words of encouragement, and always at sought understanding from me. Her feedback was specific and help me improve. She is an excellent therapist and I would recommend her as the top one on my list
Megan was right on time. She was patient, kind, informative and helped with the removal of hospital bandage over my knee replacement incision. I’m not looking forward to the hard work to rehab my knee, but I’m confident of good results if I put in the work under her supervision.
