It was after normal office hours when I realized I'd made a major mistake on an important form, but I called the Pierce Group anyway. To my surprise, Donna answered and very patiently and quickly walked me through the solution to the problem I had created. Horrible service. I have paperwork stating that I have insurance and the payments have been paid through Pierce Group. However, the insurance company doesn't have an application, so I haven't been covered and have spent a week working with their customer service on something that should take a day a t most to resolve. Not sure why my company chose them, but it's been a horrible experience for me. And still not resolved.
