After waiting over two and a half hours past my appointment time, I canceled my appointment. After I canceled my appointment, I still waited on my wife who was back receiving treatment. After I decided to cancel my appointment, the receptionist and another person sitting at the front desk thought it would be cute to speak negatively about the people at the dentist office whispering to each other and laughing about the people who came and went. I've heard Holly springs has great dental care offices but this certainly is not one.
Night and Day Dental is an excellent place; everyone is kind and very good at what they do. I love going to Night and Day Dental in holly springs. My dental hygienist Willie is fantastic and great at making me feel comfortable and good. Everyone here is very professional and friendly, from the receptionist, dental hygienist to the Dentist.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this location! Dentist visits are certainly not at the top of my favorite things to do, but the staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The hygienist was AMAZING, and I honestly can’t emphasize that enough! She was so detailed and thorough, I’m 35 and I’ve NEVER had a cleaning like that. She was also so caring and attentive to my teeth sensitivity and walked me through every process with recommendations. Going forward, this will be my regular office. My teeth feel so clean, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Might I add, at the end of my appointment, my two children (4 and 6) had to sit in the room with me, while my husband got his teeth cleaned. She was sooooo understanding and patient with them, and also gave them coloring sheets and a little prize. She even walked them through a demo of teeth brushing! Above and beyond!!
I was going to give this office a great review. However, I asked about payment and was told numerous times (by front desk staff and dental hygienist) that my insurance covered 100% of my dental work. Last week I received a bill for almost $500. This is something people should know about BEFORE a procedure, especially when asked directly. Many people would not have the extra money to pay for a surprise expense like this and I have never heard of a medical/dental office that lies to their patients about payment. They literally told me it was covered and I didn’t need to worry about a co-payment or surprise charge. I am in disbelief and will no longer be coming to this practice. I can’t trust them and this is so unfortunate since I originally bragged about their service.
