    i have never ever had pancakes so beautiful and so f*cking delicious. i want to cry when i think back on these pancakes, i miss them so much. nothing will ever be the same again. thank you iHop Holly Springs. i stole a spoon as a memento

    I went here on my birthday and my friend had the steak. I had my usual smoke sausage which I have posted before. He seemed to have liked the steak,here is his beginning and his end. Lol.

    My family and I came into the location this afternoon for brunch. We were seated immediately by the 7 individuals standing at the front desk area. My family and I were sat in a section in a booth. We waited 15 mins for a waitress. There was about 25 customers in the seating area and a large amount of serving staff. The serving staff were entertaining themselves at the front entry area. By the time Diana came to our table we had decided our full meals and went ahead and placed our orders. Diana brought our drinks 10 mins after our order was placed. I received an iced brew coffee, my girlfriend got an unsweetened tea, and our two children 8 and 13 got hot chocolate. The hot chocolates were pure powder floating below the whipped cream. We waited exactly 39 minutes for our waitress to deliver food to another table. At that time I flagged her down and asked her to cancel our food order and give us our bill for the drinks. 5 minutes later a man came to our table in a red shirt and stated your food is done and we are bringing it out. At that point I stated please print us a bill and we will be leaving. He refused to bill us for the drinks, so I left a $20 bill on the table and our family excused ourselves from the restaurant. The whole time we were in the restaurant was 1.25 hrs. I will not ever come back to ihop and I will never recommend this company again. I am an active member in our community and will continue to deter patrons to this establishment.

    We only waited about 7 min even though it was very busy on a Saturday mid morning. We were seated in the back room, by the window. We waited almost a full 15 minutes before being asked if we had been helped. The gentleman was very apologetic and kind. We had time to already decide what we wanted, so we gave the entire order plus our drink order (soda and coffee). Before the food came out we noticed the window sill was laced with ants and they were into the syrup container on the table, which we promptly moved to the sill. We just figured we could work around it, slightly moving to the end seats away from the table and squishing a few table bound ones, we figured no worries, we could just ask for new syrup. When the food arrived, we commented we needed a new syrup container, and stated the other one had ants. The waitress had no affect, delivering the food she came back with a small bowl of syrup and asked for the container so she could wash it out and bring it back. We said we didn't feel the bowl of syrup was very practical for pouring and asked for a different syrup container, stating it was best to leave the ants undisturbed right now. We ate quickly, in retrospect, minding the ants, and then while waiting for our check realized the absolute mess of the place. There were so many tables with garbage and food waste on the floor. One table didn't realize they were surrounded by it at their feet. We paid our check and asked for a to-go box. We will not be returning to this IHOP ever again. What a shame! We had been there several times before and it was kept in much better condition. I think they are overwhelmed by issues due to poor cleaning and serving protocols, while being understaffed. The food was prepared well but the whole experiebcr was ridiculous!

    Server was great! Food not so good this time. Cheese sticks had some kind of spice in the breading that made them taste weird. They took them off the bill. The only reason I complained about them was the server said she would get my son an extra chicken tender to replace the corn they were out of. When she returned, no chicken. She said the one cook said ok but the main cook came in and said no can't do it. Then kids eat free from 4pm until 9 or so. Charged me for his meal. They did correct it. Glad I was paying attention. My Buffalo chicken tender sandwich wasn't that good either. I barely ate it. Food just seems to have gone down in quality. I still tipped the poor girl four dollars since so much was taken off the bill but still came to 18 bucks before tip. Dang!
