Natalie is very attentive and guides me to be sure I am doing my exercises correctly. Also explains the body parts/muscles we are working and what the exercises are accomplishing with those areas.
Sam has prepared and overseen a great PT program for me and the results have provided me with improved flexibility and an on-going maintenance program. Really appreciate his knowledge and providing me with a program of results. Highly recommend Sam

I'm making good progress working with P.T. assistant , Natalie B. She makes sure my form is correct and add helpers. (Like a band on my legs to help stabilized my knees ), For me its good to be reminded what muscle should be doing the work, otherwise my old habits return creating more muscle imbalances . Thanks!
